Mobil "Sham" buatan Siamco, perusahaan produsen mobil nasional di Syria mulai berkeliaran di jalan-jalan ibukota negeri tersebut. Mobil nasional ini menjadi kebanggaan tersendiri bagi penduduk di sana karena semuanya diproduksi dalam negeri dengan alih teknologi dari Iran.

Iran Khodro Diesel to Build bus Plant in Syria

Flanked by Syrian Minister of Industry Fuad Issa al-Jouni, the Iranian Minister of Industries and Mines Ali-Akbar Mehrabian talking to reporters after the 8th session of Iran-Syria Industrial Committee said, “The establishment of bus and commercial car plant by Iran Khodro Diesel in Syria is among the articles of the agreement Iran and Syria signed.”

Otri Inaugurates 2nd phase of Cars Manufacturing in Syria

Under the patronage of President Bashar al-Assad, the 2nd phase of cars manufacturing in the Syrian Iranian Automobile Manufacturing Company Siamco, (halls of body and cars painting) was inaugurated today by Premier Mohammad Naji Otri.

In a statement to journalists, Otri underlined the active, deep-rooted and solid relations between Syria and Iran , reiterating the importance of upgrading the economic relations to the level of the distinguished political relations.

He pointed out that the government is working actively to integrate investments in the country and encourage investors to invest in various fields of production to support and strengthen the national economy.

Syrian Industry Minister Fouad Issa al Juyi in his visit to Iran Khodro Company said the company can produce buses that meet European standards.
